Who I am
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2007 and have a passion for helping people feel better.
I enjoy taking an active roll in addressing both acute and chronic pain, helping clients with injuries, working to correct postural alignment, as well as providing attention and support to those who need a break from their daily grind.
I incorporate multiple modalities into my sessions including: Swedish/Relaxation, Deep-Tissue, Reiki, Traditional Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and Cupping Therapy. I have some experience with Cranio Sacral Therapy and the Tao of Trauma work. For the past two years, I have been learning manual therapy focusing on the neurovascular and organ systems. This work is utterly inspiring! Our bodies are capable of tremendous improvement, regardless of their starting points. I am fortunate enough to be mentoring with Holly Krebs as I continue on this path.
When booking, focus on how much time you want to allow yourself to sink into the session. I will always check in before we start to see what you need most that day.

Monzie graduated from the Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2023, completing 750 hours of professional massage therapy training. With over 20 years of experience studying Aikido—a martial art centered on the connection between mind and body—Monzie brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to every session.
Monzie especially enjoys working with people who spend long hours on their feet, work with their hands, or carry the physical demands of their jobs in their muscles and joints. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, combining therapeutic massage techniques like Trigger Point Therapy, Kiatsu, Reflexology, Assisted Stretching, and mobility work with mindful body awareness to support both relaxation and recovery.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, physical tension, repetitive-use discomfort, or simply feeling worn down by the demands of daily life, Monzie’s goal is to help you reconnect with your body and leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and more at ease.
